Refund policy

We want you to love your MYZAC products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email us at info@myzac.com.au with your order details and our team will assist you.

Products must be returned in their original condition. We recommend using tracked and insured postage, as MYZAC is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns in transit.
