- Chill it. Place your ring in the fridge or freezer, following the instructions supplied. Chilling usually takes around 30 minutes in the freezer.

- Re-chill it. Pop it back in the fridge or freezer whenever you’re ready for another round.
- Care for it. Clean with mild soap and water after use, then dry completely before re-chilling. Check before each wear, and do not use it if it’s damaged or leaking.

This was so lovely and easy to use. Popped it in the freezer for 20 minutes and it came out lovely and cold but not painfully cold on the skin. Made me feel like my whole neck and face was cooling down and stayed cool for a long time Perfect for after a run or during a hot flush.

I'm a busy nurse and I have 2 of these rotation at work. I keep one in the freezer and one on my neck at all times. Sometimes I don't know if its my hormones or its the young ones turning up the a/c but its saved me, and some arguments too, I think ;)
